  Very good hours of access, pleasant clean wait and consulting rooms. Good doctors. Sometimes it can get too busy, or the specific doctor you need to see for follow up is not on duty. There is no online schedule available to check which doctor is on duty when. They don't have a pre-booking system. Sometimes you ask for a specific doctor and another one picks up your file and calls you in. But basically if you need a doctor outside of normal business hours, this place is a lifesaver.

  I was really pleased with my experience - fact and pleasant service, waited about 20 mins, saw an excellent doctor. Very convenient access, parking, pleasant rooms, plant consulting rooms. To top it all off, with bulk billing there's no out of pocket fees, no need to stop by reception on the way out.

  Doctors 5 Stars Radiology 0 Stars Dental 1 star At the doctors surgery, it's a good thing there are no appointments. The wait is long but at the end of it you'll see a fantastic doctor. And because there are no appointments he/she can stay with you as long as you need. The reason the waiting room is full is because there isn't a bulk billing doctor within 30 kms better than any doctor at this clinic. You wait for doctors who all see hundreds of patients and still treat you like your problems are completely unique. On the flip side unfortunately the reception staff at Radiology and Dental Surgery are rude and condescending. They're unprofessional and have little understanding that sick people are not always at their best. Some of the staff there have created a toxic work environment that filters outward. Save yourself the trouble and find alternate care somewhere else. Capital Radiology and MIA Radiology are both great choices. I go to Bayside Dental near the Sandringham station who are also fantastic.
